Edwin H. Clark
I have more than 25 years of experience as a litigator. My father, Bennett Clark, practiced law in Lexington for almost 60 years. I worked closely with him for two decades, learning from the best. Primarily, I take workers’ compensation, personal injury, and commercial litigation cases. I have successfully represented grieving families in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, and small business owners in million-dollar lawsuits. Every case I take receives my close, personal attention. As the past President of the Fayette County Bar Association, I am an active participant in the Lexington legal community. I play sports and participate in art groups outside of work, and this helps keep me connected to my community.

I focus my practice on Estate Planning and Probate Law. I have helped hundreds of families efficiently transfer assets from one generation to the next. Assisting clients as they develop their estate planning goals and helping families avoid costly disputes is the hallmark of my practice.
